Saundra Botts is a career strategist with an extensive and diverse background in recruitment, talent search, executive search, and financial consultancy. A former co-founder, managing partner, and director at different organizations, Saundra has witnessed over 540 executive landings, providing her with a wealth of knowledge and experience in guiding senior-level executives through change management processes.

Saundra specializes in optimizing the time spent by executives and navigating the most difficult and unpredictable transitions of their careers. She holds a degree in pre-med from California State University - East Bay and has worked in various positions, including accounting and finance search principal, talent strategist, and partner-trainer-facilitator at different companies.
