Steve Weiner, MHA, is a highly experienced hospital leader and a trusted adviser to some of America's most prominent healthcare executives. For nearly 25 years, he has served as President of the Steve Weiner Search Group, an executive search firm specializing in identifying and recruiting top talent for healthcare and hospital organizations. Steve's extensive experience and knowledge of the industry have given him a unique ability to evaluate candidates' fit with extreme confidence, while ensuring the highest standard of excellence and integrity in every search assignment.

Before founding the Steve Weiner Search Group, Steve served in various hospital leadership positions for over 20 years. He studied for his Master of Arts in Health Service Administration at The George Washington University and his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration at Ithaca College. He gained his early professional experiences as an Administrative Resident/Assistant to the President at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center (now Scripps Mercy Hospital). Later, he worked as an Assistant Administrator at Los Robles Regional Medical Center (HCA), Assistant Administrator at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Associate Vice President at Seton Medical Center (Daughters of Charity), Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at St. Mary's Hospital (SSM Health), and Director of Operations at Horizon/CMS Healthcare.
