Saroj Nayak

Saroj Nayak is a data science leader with extensive experience in solving complex business problems using predictive analytics tools and techniques. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jadavpur University before pursuing an MBA in General Management from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering. With a proven track record of success, Saroj has served in leadership positions at top organizations such as Mu Sigma Inc. and Applied Materials.

At Applied Materials, Saroj is responsible for identifying and addressing the stated/latent needs of the business by building a world-class data science team. Prior to this, he held various positions at Mu Sigma Inc., including India Leadership, Manager, Apprentice Leader, and Associate Manager. Saroj's expertise includes data warehousing and business intelligence, predictive analytics, and team building.

Saroj began his career as a management trainee at Mu Sigma Inc. and also worked as an MBA summer intern at Philips Electronics India Ltd. He later joined Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer in Data Warehousing and BI.
