Sarah Spang is a dynamic leader in the small business and entrepreneurship sector, with extensive experience in managing volunteers, marketing, fundraising, and community relations. With an MBA in Leadership Development, Sarah serves as the Director of Small Business & Entrepreneurship at Envision Greater Fond du Lac, overseeing the IGNITE! Business Success entrepreneurial resource network and providing support to startups in the Greater Fond du Lac area. She is also the founder of TEDxFondduLac and co-founder of Pop-Up Fond du Lac. Sarah serves on various boards, including the Fond du Lac Area Women's Fund, Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners, and Professional Women's Connection.

Sarah's educational background includes an MBA from Ottawa University, a Bachelor of Science degree also from Ottawa University, and an Associate Degree with High Honors and a Technical Diploma from Moraine Park Technical College.
