Sarah Schnee

Sarah Schnee is an experienced Organizational Development consultant, coach, and entrepreneur with a passion for helping organizations grow and thrive. She has over a decade of experience working with CEOs, senior management teams, and people managers of high-growth organizations, and has designed and led dozens of major growth, culture, talent, and change programs for companies ranging in size from Fortune 100 to micro-enterprises abroad. Sarah is highly entrepreneurial, mission-driven, and believes in working daily toward results that optimize teams and unleash human potential. She is an avid student of organizational behavior and psychology, and has studied at Duke University, Universidad San Pablo-CEU, and Columbia University in the City of New York. Sarah is currently the Head of Organizational Design, Effectiveness, & Innovation at Levi Strauss & Co. and has previously held leadership positions at Workday, Nike, and several consulting firms.
