Siobhan Brett is an experienced management and leadership development facilitator, an accredited coach, and a people manager with extensive experience in managing change programs, restructures, and employee relations cases. Brett is a former Head of Learning and Development and Head Of Human Resources with News UK, and she's currently a Senior Talent Partner with Sainsbury's. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from London South Bank University and a CIPD Certificate in Training Practices, Human Resources Development, Distinction from Croydon College. She's a firm believer in coaching to bring out the best in people and has coached people at all levels, from those starting their careers to senior executives leading big teams.
