Sarah Larkin Birdsong, LPC, is a Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development consultant, coach, therapist, writer, and public speaker with extensive experience in the tech industry. For the past seven years, she has been working to optimize workplace culture and empower its members through leadership development and management curriculum. With an M.A and Ed.M in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University, Sarah integrates mindfulness and psycho-education into her approach to better understand management on an interpersonal level. Additionally, she has worked with various organizations delivering training on soft skills, diversity, equity, inclusion, leadership, and resilience.
