    Sarah Koehn

Now at University School of Milwaukee

Sarah Koehn is a seasoned professional with a rich background in the telecommunications industry. Starting as a paralegal with Cable & Wireless, Inc. in 1995, she eventually climbed the ranks to become the Director of Provisioning at Level 3 Communications by 2007.

After a hiatus to focus on personal interests and family, including a child with Down syndrome, Sarah dedicated herself to advocacy for individuals with Down syndrome. She has held various leadership roles at GiGi's Playhouse, a nonprofit supporting the Down syndrome community.

In 2018, Sarah transitioned to the nonprofit sector by joining the Milwaukee Brewers Community Foundation, but her passion for technology and leadership propelled her to become the Operations Manager at Direct Supply in 2019.

Her tenure at Direct Supply allowed her to expand her skills in team leadership and software operations, although family responsibilities during the pandemic led her to resign in 2021. Sarah then ventured into the field of education and is currently serving as the Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Campaign Planning at the University School of Milwaukee, a role that perfectly integrates her fundraising, operational, and educational expertise.

Sarah pursued her Bachelor of Arts in History at Gettysburg College and has engaged with various organizations throughout her career, including University School of Milwaukee, Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, GiGi's Playhouse, Direct Supply, Broadwing Communications, and FØCAL.
