She holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
During her undergraduate years, Sarah founded Green Bean, a sustainable salad and wrap restaurant near campus. She also competed in the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards, reaching the global finals at the New York Stock Exchange.
