Sarah Diehl is a passionate individual dedicated to empowering people in the workplace through her company Empowered Hospitality.
After a layoff in 2016, Sarah recognized the need for expert HR support in small businesses and shifted her focus to providing knowledge, guidance, and peace of mind to these organizations.
As the Founder & Principal of Empowered Hospitality, Sarah has supported over 11,000 employees and 100 companies across multiple states and industries since 2017.
Her mission is to create high-touch, adaptable, and empowering HR partnerships with businesses of all sizes.
Sarah Diehl holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yale University.
She has held key positions in various organizations including Hoboken Hospitality Alliance, Craveable Hospitality Group, and Hillstone Restaurant Group in roles such as VP of HR, Director of Training, General Manager, and Manager.
