Gary Platt is a media professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Currently, he holds the position of Head of Operations at Mission Bay Limited, where he works closely with Joanna Reesby, the Managing Director and Founder of Mission Bay to deliver the company's assignments successfully. Gary's expertise lies in the world of publishing, which is where he began his career. Starting in the publicity department of Penguin at the young age of 19, Gary quickly moved to the Film & TV department to help expand Penguin's booming licensing business. After enjoying a long and successful career at Penguin, he moved to 19 Entertainment and then on to Warner Bros., where he worked as a Category Manager in Consumer Products.<br><br>

Gary's skillset includes years of experience in merchandising, licensing and managing consumer products, product research and development, and executive support.
