Sara Udani

Sara Wolschlag is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in healthcare and nutrition.

She holds a Master's degree in Physician Assistant from Our Lady of the Lake College, a Master's degree in Food and Nutrition from Louisiana Tech University, and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from Bradley University.

Sara has worked as a Physician Assistant at various institutions including IEMS, Physicians Immediate Care, and Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center.

Prior to her PA roles, she gained experience as a Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian at Baton Rouge General Medical Center and as a Pediatric and Adult Clinical Dietitian at Ochsner Clinic Foundation.
