Sara Madera

Sara Madera is a seasoned professional who has managed organizations, led programs, produced events, and crafted marketing and communications strategies across the globe. Her journey led her to follow her passion for developing people.

With an aim to support working moms in finding career passion while effectively managing family and work, Sara founded Plan Creatively. She is a certified executive coach, a skilled listener, and a mother of two, dedicated to helping women achieve success both at home and in their careers.

Sara holds an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BFA from Florida State University. Her extensive experience includes roles such as Asia Pacific Head of Employee Communication at UPS, Director of Marketing, Communications, and Member Engagement at The American Club Singapore, and various other leadership positions in marketing, communication, and community engagement.

Passionate about empowering women and working mothers, Sara provides coaching programs tailored to individual, corporate, and community needs.
