Sara Gil is an experienced record label manager in the music industry with a background in A&R Operations, Label Management, Product Management, Marketing, and Social Media.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Syracuse University, focusing on the Bandier Program for Music and the Entertainment Industries.

Sara has held key positions at RECORDS, LLC within Sony Music Entertainment, including Vice President of Label Management, Senior Director, Director, and Associate Director of Label Management.

She also has experience as an Executive Assistant to top executives in the music industry and has worked in various roles at different record labels like Louder Than Life Records/Sony Music, Big Machine Label Group, Magenta Label Group, RCA Records, and Sony/ATV.

Sara's educational background includes studying Music Business and the Entertainment Industries at both the undergraduate and advanced levels.
