David Rishty is an experienced label executive, music journalist, and artist manager with a wealth of knowledge in the music industry. After studying BFA in Film & Television Production at New York University, Rishty began his career as an Assistant Editor at EDMTunes before securing internships with Atlantic Records, CNNMoney.com, and The Dr. Oz Show. He then went on to work as a Social Media/Editorial assistant at Billboard and as a Dance & Electronic writer at ThisSongIsSick.com before returning to Sony Music Entertainment as a Product Manager for Palm Tree Records. Eventually, he founded his own artist management company, Exchange Management, LLC, before becoming the President of Palm Tree Records at Sony Music Entertainment.

Throughout his career, Rishty has developed strong networking skills and an understanding of both the creative and business aspects of building a music brand and following. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry and has been an integral part of the success of many up-and-coming artists.
