Sanket Patil is an accomplished professional with over fifteen years of research and development experience in NLP, Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems.

His expertise includes NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data technologies such as Cassandra and Storm, Analytics, Prototyping, and leading high-performance product teams.

Currently, Sanket Patil is driving the Products and Data Science teams at DataWeave, where he oversees the development and innovation of data products.

Previously, he held roles such as Data Scientist at Reverie Language Technologies, where he tackled challenging NLP issues, and Senior Architect - Technology at Knowlarity, where he contributed to architecting data pipelines for managing large-scale telephony data.

At DataWeave, Sanket served as the Head of Products, where he led the creation of data products to derive actionable insights from public data, and managed a dedicated team of engineers.

Throughout his career, Sanket has contributed to various functions within startups, ranging from building backend systems and machine learning algorithms to content marketing, sales, and customer support.

With a background in research on Distributed Systems and Large-scale Data Management, Sanket brings a wealth of knowledge in areas like NLP, machine learning, distributed algorithms, complex networks, graph theory, and data management to product development and engineering.

Sanket's academic journey includes a PhD in Network Design and Analysis, Distributed Algorithms, an MTech in Distributed Algorithms, and a BE in Computer Science from esteemed institutions like International Institute of Information Technology - Bangalore and Visvesvaraya Technological University.
