I was responsible for the Showroom Maintenance and the new Hospitality division. I was a part of the  sampling team where I tracked and processed Showroom samples using the SAP software, and also had close partnership with the PR, Marketing, and Wholesale team to help fulfill their sample needs. I assisted in hosting high-end VIP and PR events, as well as servicing the Burberry clientele with the Hospitality division. I worked closely with Wholesale Account Directors during Market Weeks meeting with international Buyers for the Women's & Men's Non-Apparel divisions. I also ran the front desk reception and participated in receptionist duties such as answering phones, transferring calls, scheduling, directing clients to different departments, and admin support.
