Sandra Osayuki Idehen is a former Division I athlete with over a decade of professional experience in strategy consulting and sports management.
Her expertise lies in general management with a focus on Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), encompassing strategy development, implementation, and go-to-market strategies.
She has a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, talent development, and has worked in various countries such as the US, Nigeria, South Africa, Egypt, and Jordan.
Sandra holds an MBA in General Management and Strategy from Yale School of Management, a Masters in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University, and a BA in Philosophy/Africana Studies from Brown University.
Her professional journey includes roles such as VP/GM at Jordan Brand, EMEA at Nike, General Manager in South Africa at Nike, and Strategic Planning Director in EMEA Sales at Nike.
Additionally, she has worked at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Principal, Project Leader, and Consultant, gaining extensive consulting experience with global European brands.
Prior to that, Sandra held positions at Procter & Gamble, Major League Baseball, Women's Sports Foundation, Washington Mystics, PeacePlayers International, and King's Academy where she served as the Director of Athletics and Ethics Teacher, among other roles.
