Sandra Osorio

Sandra Osorio is a tech-savvy bilingual professional with expertise in HR and IT services for the healthcare industry. She has helped companies streamline their recruitment process using new technology and has experience managing remote and global teams.

Starting as an administration assistant at the Santa Cruz Mayor's Office, she moved to London to enhance her English skills and pursue a degree in Business IT. While studying, she won a medal for her outstanding visual merchandising work as a Sales Associate at a Gap store. She later worked as an Office Assistant for a maintenance company running the administrative tasks and serving one of its top clients - Prêt à Manger.

After graduation, she interned as an Oracle DBA and assisted with an occupational health database at Minera San Cristóbal S.A. that led the company to develop a health program to improve employees' well-being.
