Liaising with GOVT AFFAIRS, expansive gathering of information from different sources is step one of a robust insights journey, and that’s been the crux of my role to-date:
- Focused on non-technical human elements of an innovative knowledge management platform, owned by my management (namely, info & knowledge coordination and some L&D content management)
- Enabling bottom-up updates and further insights from global Govt. Affairs colleagues that speak to policy shifts, regulatory developments, and political / socioeconomic conditions. This includes through targeted conversations as needed 
- Conceptualizing more targeted reporting
- Creating a rhythm of weekly dissemination; and monthly highlights reporting
- Developing executive briefings for leadership visits to different markets based on inputs from on the ground or geo / market teams 
- Spearheading an initiative around leading practice sharing across markets
- Gathering info related to cloud & AI engagements across markets. —> Offering up some strategies for macro-level cloud & AI alliances / third party engagement 
- Contributing to a future-focused long-term conceptual / high-level roadmap for one of our central knowledge platforms 
- Contributing to platform design choices with the team
