    Sameer Singh is a seasoned professional with a diverse background encompassing strategic communication, research, analytical skills, and project management. He brings a human-centered design perspective informed by his experience in journalism and documentary filmmaking.

    With a rich history in the education sector, Sameer has led student engagement and philanthropic programs. He is also known for his collaborative work in organizing a variety of events such as the Rotman Design Challenge, MakeScapes, art exhibitions, and even unique experiences like the world's first fat bike chariot race, Winterus Maximus.

    Sameer has showcased his global perspective through roles such as International Coordinator for the World Indigenous Nations Games. His career highlights include interviewing prominent figures and covering diverse topics from heads of state to male belly dancers.

    His educational journey includes a MBA in Business from the University of Toronto, a Masters in Journalism from Carleton University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Alberta.

    Throughout his career, Sameer has held key roles in various organizations such as Core Lab/Backbone Lab Steward at Edmonton Shift Lab, Systemic Designer at Strathcona County, Business Analyst at the Government of Alberta, and Strategic Planner at the City of Edmonton. He has also contributed to roles at the University of Alberta, The Banff Centre, NAIT, and Telefonica to name a few.

    Sameer's professional experience ranges from service design and leadership development to enterprise development, user experience consulting, and annual fund management. His creative abilities have been evident in his work as a Freelance Television News Reporter, Producer, Director, and Reporter in different media outlets.
