Samantha Ventura is an experienced education and training professional with more than 20 years of experience in developing successful learning strategies, initiatives, and processes. With a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in English, British Literature, and Teaching, Women's Studies, from San Diego State University, Ventura has worked with organizations in California and Indiana to develop effective learning cultures for both leaders and followers.

As the former Senior Vice President of Education and Training at CEDIA, Ventura has helped secure resources and cultivate partnerships to provide opportunities for employees seeking better opportunities for themselves and their families. She has also worked as an adjunct professor of English and Composition at Indiana University Bloomington, Director for RIF (Reading is Fundamental) and Senior Education and Grant Writing Consultant at the Indiana Department of Education, and Director of Outreach for Alumni Programs and English Initiatives at Southwestern Community College District.
