Sam Pettigrew

Sam Pettigrew is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with a strong background in commercial and multifamily property management, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment sales.

He graduated from The University of North Texas with a business degree in real estate and has held key positions in prominent firms such as NorthMarq Capital, Suncase Corporation, Meridian Realty Advisors, Magellan Commercial Realty, and The Cantrell Company.

During his tenure at Suncase Corporation, Sam managed acquisitions and dispositions amounting to $54 million and oversaw all aspects of property management for the company's portfolio. At Meridian Realty Advisors, he spearheaded asset management for multifamily and retail properties, handling dispositions totaling $79 million.

In his role as Vice President of investment sales at Magellan Commercial Realty, he represented numerous sellers of multifamily assets. Currently, as a partner at The Cantrell Company, his primary focus is on investment sales catering to a diverse clientele of local, national, and international investors.

Sam Pettigrew's impressive track record includes being the top producer at The Cantrell Company for six consecutive years from 2008 to 2013.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Sam has a background in Pre-Law Studies from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Commercial Real Estate from the University of North Texas. He has also been involved in various organizations such as Sam Pettigrew Investments, LLC, National Apartment Advisors - Dallas, and the U.S. Army 5/5 Cav, C Company during Desert Storm.
