KB Yabuku, MBA

Kb Yabuku is an accomplished real estate professional with an extensive background in investment sales and commercial banking. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Real Estate, from Georgia State University, and continued her studies, receiving her Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business. Yabuku began her career as an intern at Cushman & Wakefield before moving to Jones Lang LaSalle to work as an Associate in Office Tenant Representation. After that, she worked as a Relationship Manager for BB&T and later as an Underwriter in Commercial Real Estate. Yabuku then became an Associate Director, Investment Sales at Stan Johnson Company, and eventually worked her way up to Southeast Managing Director at Hart Lyman Companies LLC before becoming Vice President, Retail Investment Sales at Ackerman & Co.

Yabuku's expertise lies in investment sales, commercial real estate, tenant representation, and relationship management. She is a skilled communicator with a talent for developing and maintaining strong business relationships. Her passion for the industry has propelled her to become a leader in the field, and she continues to use her knowledge and experience to help clients navigate the ever-changing real estate market.
