Sam C. Moses is a Partner and Chair of the Business Expansion & Location Solutions Team at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP. He specializes in corporate and economic development law, representing both U.S. and international companies, including those in manufacturing, distribution, and renewable energy sectors. His work involves advising on various transactions and coordinating business expansion and incentive projects across the United States.

Before joining Parker Poe, Moses served as the managing director of the State of South Carolina's European Office in Germany, where he advised European investors on U.S. site location projects and managed the state's export development program for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His experience includes being a Robert Bosch Foundation Fellow, during which he worked with Credit Suisse First Boston and the German law firm Gleiss Lutz.
