Sally Holbert

Sally B. Holbert is the founding principal of Land Logics Group, a firm that specializes in innovative community planning and land development processes and designs.

With a strong emphasis on collaborative community involvement, Sally focuses on planning, designing, and coding sustainable neighborhoods, cities, and regions as an alternative to traditional sprawl development models.

Her expertise lies in enhancing the redevelopment of existing towns, offering solutions for the preservation of essential farmlands and natural assets, creating mixed-use neighborhoods, and preserving community open spaces.

With over 20 years of experience, Sally leverages advanced spatial analysis technologies, such as GIS, to aid clients in problem-solving and decision-making across various projects.

Her specialties include planning, design, surveying, construction, architecture, sustainability, smart growth, project management, and GIS-based cemetery management.

Sally holds a Master of Landscape Architecture with a focus on GeoDesign and Watershed Management Planning from the University of Arizona, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Indiana University of PA.

She currently serves as the President of Land Logics Group.
