Salil Deshpande

Salil Deshpande is an accomplished venture capitalist with extensive experience in infrastructure software investment. Over the course of 15 years, he has invested over $350 million in more than 50 early-stage companies, specializing in both traditional and decentralized infrastructure software. Mr. Deshpande's impressive investment portfolio includes notable companies such as MuleSoft, Lending Club, and Redis Labs, among others.

His expertise has been recognized by Forbes and Business Insider, having been included on the Forbes Midas List of the 100 best-performing venture investors worldwide for seven consecutive years, and ranking 9th on Business Insider's 2021 Seed 100 List of all-time best-performing seed investors.

Prior to his successful career as a venture capitalist, Mr. Deshpande earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He currently serves as a General Partner at Uncorrelated Ventures, where he continues to focus on investing in infrastructure software.
