Salar Naini holds a Master of Finance degree from Creighton University's Heider College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business.

Currently, Salar Naini serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at TurningPoint Energy, showcasing strong leadership and strategic skills.

With a wealth of experience, Salar Naini has held key roles in various renowned organizations. He was a Principal at SolCom Energy and Vice President of Business Development at TurningPoint Energy. Previously, he also held positions such as Director of Business Development and Project Finance, Manager of Business Development in Distributed Generation at NRG Energy, and Analyst in Business Development at both NRG Energy and SOLON Energy GmbH.

Before his impressive journey in energy and business development, Salar Naini started his career as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones and gained valuable experience through internships, including one at Smith Barney.
