Saji Thoppil

Saji Thoppil is the Chief Technologist for Cloud and Infrastructure Services at Wipro, playing a pivotal role in driving the adoption of next-generation solutions under the Wipro CTO themes.

With over 25 years of IT industry experience, Saji has been involved in designing, building, and operationalizing complex distributed IT systems, leading cloud transformation projects and service broker initiatives at Wipro.

He has received the prestigious title of Wipro Fellow - Distinguished Member of Technical Staff in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the organization and the industry.

Saji is well-versed in various emerging programming languages and tools, specializing in areas such as Cloud, AIOps, blockchain applications, 5G Edge, and Quantum Computing.

Having created multiple practices and incubated new IPs for Wipro, he has been instrumental in pioneering projects like Wipro's FluidState Data center and Wipro's first public cloud in the Indian sub-continent.

Saji holds multiple industry certifications and is actively engaged in representing Wipro in various partner and customer councils. He also serves on the governing board of prominent organizations like Linux Foundation - Edge and Oasis TOSCA.
