Sahiba holds a Master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from University College London (UCL). Her academic work included a dissertation that explored using communication theories to improve emotional intelligence in AI-based tutors.12

Before co-founding Socioh, Sahiba was an entrepreneur herself, having founded Nazraana Silver Gifts, where she designed and sold luxury sterling silver gifts on platforms like Etsy and eBay from 2005 to 2009. This experience as a small business owner provided her with valuable insights into the challenges faced by eCommerce sellers.12
