In her roles at the Houston Airport System, City of Houston, Saba has held key positions such as Deputy Director, Chief External Affairs Officer, Managing Director of International Development, Interim Deputy Director, and Executive Officer of International Economic Development.

Prior to her tenure at the Houston Airport System, she also served as the Director of Advancement Projects at the University of St. Thomas-Houston, demonstrating her versatility and leadership capabilities.
