He graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor's Degree and went on to obtain an MBA from Harvard Business School. Andy has worked in national and international markets and has held key positions in various companies, including Silver Leaf Partners, where he is currently Managing Director.

Throughout his career, he has developed creative solutions to grow revenue and profits, consistently exceeding corporate expectations. Andy has a solid background in executing strategic and tactical investment plans, closing equity capital deals in new and existing markets, and locating investors to move deals forward.

He also has extensive experience in technology-enabled services, real estate, and healthcare services. He has a proven ability in developing new strategic partnerships and joint ventures. Andy is registered as a securities representative with Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, and currently works with Silver Leaf Partners, the largest 3rd party alternative asset distribution sales practice in the US.
