Shea is a seasoned business consultant with years of experience advising top industry leaders on improving customer-facing operations. Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College, Shea started her professional life at Sophelle, an IT strategy and implementation firm, where she served as a Client Services Representative. From there, she moved on to HubSpot, where she worked in various positions and eventually became a Sales Manager.

Shea is passionate about finding efficiencies that drive better outcomes for businesses. Throughout her career, she's honed her skills in sales, account management, business development, and inbound growth strategy. Shea studied at Algonquin Regional High School and remains an active member of several organizations, including Hubspot.
