Ryan Rich

Ryan Rich is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Co-Founder of Accord, a customer collaboration platform based in San Francisco. He has been in this role since 2020, focusing on transforming B2B sales from a vendorship model to a partnership approach. Accord aims to facilitate high-growth sales processes through tools like Mutual Action Plans that engage customers and are user-friendly for sales representatives.1

Before founding Accord, Ryan gained significant experience at Google, where he worked in sales from 2015 to 2019. He also has entrepreneurial experience, having founded Summit 67, a digital marketing agency, and co-founded Victorious Events, an events production company.1

Ryan holds education credentials from Camosun College, Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and the University of Victoria's Peter B. Gustavson School of Business. He also participated in the Y Combinator startup accelerator program in 2019 and was recognized as a fellow in the C100 Fellowship Program in 2022.1

In addition to his professional achievements, Ryan is known for his interest in hip hop outside of work.1
