Ryan-Patrick McLaughlin, also known as RP, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in the theater industry.

With a BFA in Theatre from Southern Methodist University, Ryan-Patrick has held various key roles at prestigious organizations.

His experience includes serving as the Manager of Strategic Advancement at Studio Theatre and as a Producer-in-Residence at National New Play Network, focusing on program evaluation and equity, diversity, and inclusion.

While at Flanagan Theater Projects, he took on the role of Producing Associate for the 2018 Women's Voices Theater Festival, where he led initiatives promoting women playwrights.

Ryan-Patrick McLaughlin has also been involved in research projects such as Triple Play, collaborating with Theatre Development Fund and Theatre Bay Area to enhance interactions between theaters, audiences, and artists.

His journey in Washington D.C. began as an Artistic Fellow at Shakespeare Theatre Company, showcasing his dedication to the arts.

Throughout his career, Ryan-Patrick has demonstrated a passion for developing new models in theater and fostering meaningful conversations within the industry.

Currently, he holds the position of Director Of Business Development at Valhalla Media & AÏRIS, showcasing his expertise in strategic planning and project management.
