His professional background includes a decade of sales experience across various industries, which has equipped him with strong relationship-building skills essential for his role in enhancing employer engagement and student career development.

Before joining Calvin University, Ryan served as a Grounds Supervisor at Whitworth University, where he led a team of students and discovered his passion for working in higher education. He is dedicated to helping students find their purpose in both work and life.
