Ryan Laxson

Ryan Laxson is a team-oriented support engineer with a strong background in troubleshooting and training processes. With a blend of problem-solving skills and a passion for teaching, Ryan excels in empowering both employees and customers to effectively use software and tackle technical issues. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Boise State University, complemented by a High School Diploma in Information Technology from Skyview High School.

Ryan has accumulated a wealth of experience through various roles, starting as a Data Manager/Producer at University Pulse, and progressing to positions such as Shift Lead at Boise Fry Company, Freelance Audio Engineer and Sound Designer, Stagehand at Smart Tech AV, and Program Director at University Pulse. He later transitioned to roles in the tech industry, including stints as a Customer Support Advisor and Senior Advisor at Squarespace, Business Support Engineer at New Relic, Inc., and currently serving as a Senior Customer Champion at Zapier, displaying a diverse skill set and adaptability across different sectors.
