Ryan Kaminski

Ryan Kaminski is an experienced professional in the field of human rights, international development, and public policy, currently serving as the LGBTQI+ Advisor at USAID (United States Agency for International Development).1 In this role, which he has held since August 2021, Kaminski leads the implementation of USAID's first-ever LGBTQI+ Inclusive Development Policy.1

Current Position: Kaminski is based in the Bureau for Inclusive Growth, Innovation, and Development's Inclusive Development Hub at USAID in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area.1 His work focuses on promoting dignity, policy, and partnership in the context of LGBTQI+ rights and development.
