Ryan Coughlin is a hands-on design director at Robin, where he collaborates with co-founders and leadership to define the product vision and leads teams in bringing that vision to life.
As the first design leader at Robin, Ryan grew the design team from 2 to 8 members while overseeing the platform's user experience. He successfully tackled growth challenges by fostering open communication, cultivating a risk-taking culture, and implementing efficient operations.
Ryan Coughlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Web Design & Development from Champlain College.
With an extensive professional history, Ryan has held various design positions at notable organizations such as Reprise, Waii, Robin, thoughtbot, MojoTech, Kemp Goldberg Partners, Commerce Generation, EpikOne, and Cat on the Couch Productions, LLC.
