Ryan Brown is a Nashville-based investor, advisor, and entrepreneur with a background in media, startups, and real estate/education. He spent the last decade in NYC, LA, and Miami, working with various startups and building his portfolio of companies, including PodChaser, Circuit, and Unsettled. Ryan is passionate about investing in future work, climate tech, and the future of mobility. He was one of the co-founders of LQD WiFi, a startup in the IoT/Smart City space that got acquired by Verizon in 2016. Throughout his career, Ryan has been a featured speaker at various universities and has been featured in publications such as Fast Company, Mashable, TakePart, and Oprah Radio. He holds a Spanish/Communications (Broadcast Journalism) Bachelor of Arts from Belmont University, studied at Battle Ground Academy, and Lisbon's THNK School of Creative Leadership.
