Russell Wilcox is a seasoned professional with a solid background in mechanical engineering, specializing in manufacturing, construction, and design within various industries such as aerospace, nuclear, and solar.

He pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and furthered his studies in Career Education, focusing on Polymer Science and Engineering (Composites Engineering) at The University of Southern Mississippi.

With 10 years of industry experience, Russell has held key positions in reputable organizations. He is the CEO & Co-founder of Urban Energy and previously served as a Podcast Producer & Co-founder at DER Task Force.

His previous roles include Energy Engineer at Bright Power, Inc., Solar Engineer I at Direct Energy Solar, and Manufacturing Engineer at Pratt & Whitney. Russell has also interned as a Reactor Vessel Internals Manufacturing Engineer at Westinghouse Nuclear and worked as an IPv6 Technician at UNH InterOperability Lab.
