Russell Poucher

Russell Poucher is the Director of Safety and Security at Beachcities Community Church, a position he has held since January 2018. He is based in Huntington Beach, California. In addition to his role at the church, he is also the President and CEO of Creative Resources Technology Group, Inc., where he has worked since 1996, focusing on managed services and cybersecurity in the information technology sector.

Poucher has a strong educational background, holding two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees from California State University-Long Beach, one in Political Science and Government and another in Business. His extensive experience includes roles as a Senior System Engineer at Apple and as a trainer for IT certification classes for OS X. He has also been involved in youth sports as a Referee Administrator for AYSO Region 5 from 2014 to 2021.1
