Rufus Gifford

Rufus Gifford is a prominent political figure and diplomat who has held several key positions in the Democratic Party and the U.S. government. He served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Biden's 2020 presidential campaign.15 Currently, Gifford is the Chief of Protocol at the U.S. Department of State, a position he assumed in January 2021.23
