Stephen Meunier, commonly referred to as Steve, is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in public affairs, patient advocacy, and government relations.
Currently, Steve serves as the Head of US Public Affairs & Patient Advocacy for Rare Disease at Sanofi, where he plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive patient advocacy strategies.
Before his current position, Steve held various key roles at Sanofi and Genzyme, gaining valuable expertise in the healthcare industry.
His professional journey began as a healthcare Policy Advisor to Senator John F. Kerry, where he honed his skills in maintaining relationships with the healthcare business community and coordinating legislative priorities.
Steve also brings a valuable political campaign experience from his time in Washington, DC, where he worked on significant campaigns including Senator John Kerry's 2004 Presidential campaign.
Moreover, he has generously contributed to the community by serving on multiple Board of Directors such as The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and the North Shore Community Health Center.
Steve is an alumnus of Hartwick College, where he earned a B.A. in History, and Trinity College, where he pursued an M.A. in American Studies, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning and development.
