As the Social Impact Leader at Mynd Immersive, a leading health and wellness technology company that specializes in VR solutions for older adults in senior care communities across North America, I drive our philanthropic initiative, "The Great American Elderverse". In collaboration with partners--non-profit CTA Foundation, HTC Vive, and AT&T--our goal is to introduce immersive therapeutics and experiences to underserved seniors, and reshape the aging narrative through innovation, creativity, and connection.

At Mynd Immersive, we actively cultivate alliances with research institutions including Stanford University to investigate the potential cognitive health benefits for our diverse aging population. Through ongoing collaboration, our commitment is in advancing the understanding of how technology can positively impact the well-being of seniors.

Within Mynd Immersive Studios, we curate an extensive library of VR content and produce original programs aimed at generating uplifting, healthy, and memorable experiences. As a team, we are dedicated to contributing to a positive shift in the well-being of seniors, ensuring they live a fulfilling and enriched aging journey.

Through on-location and virtual talks focused on integrating mindfulness into both personal and professional life, I support individuals and groups in cultivating deeper presence and fostering mindful responses. The themes I cover encompass love and relationships, conscious business leadership, self-compassion, mental calmness and composure, and forgiveness.

I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher accredited by UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center, a two-year program led by mindfulness luminaries, Jack Kornfield, Ph.D., and Tara Brach, Ph.D. My academic background includes an AB from Vassar and an MFA from the Yale School of Drama.

As Sharon Salzberg aptly puts it, "We don’t meditate to get better at meditating; we meditate to get better at life." Guided by this principle, my mission is to encourage people to pay attention, make thoughtful choices, and ultimately lead fulfilling and purposeful lives.

In my role as the HTC Vive VR Evangelist, I successfully led the SF Bay Area sales territory, consistently emerging as the top performer in the field sales team for six consecutive quarters. 

Throughout my tenure, I showcased our cutting-edge offerings as an exhibitor at major tech conferences and tradeshows, including CES, GDC, AWE, and GTC. Additionally, I strategically orchestrated and managed VR events across diverse sectors such as enterprise, health, education, arts, government, and gaming.

My collaborations with key partners, including Microsoft, GameStop, and Stanford Medical underscored my commitment to fostering meaningful alliances within the evolving and growing VR landscape.

I ensured that 100% of engagements were executed on-budget, on-time, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Leading the creative production and project management efforts for key accounts, which included Salesforce, Boeing, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Chevron, and Facebook, I actively contributed to the success of these projects by initiating and nurturing strong partnerships that were instrumental in the company's overall success.

I spearheaded a team that was responsible for onboarding, driving utilization, and securing new business and renewals across a diverse portfolio of more than 400 media publishers. This initiative was aimed at facilitating the creation and monetization of video content within the media industry.

In addition, I played a crucial role in defining, monitoring, and managing Customer Success Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), specifically tailored to accommodate both Software as a Service (SaaS) and ad-revenue models.
