R.T. Weber

R.T. Weber is a results-oriented business leader with over 25 years of experience in business development, Project Development, and Engineering across the renewable energy, software, and semiconductor industries.

He has a proven track record in cultivating and executing more than 1 GW of solar and storage EPC and project development agreements with various key stakeholders in the industry, including tier 1 utilities, C&I customers, developers, and IPPs.

R.T. Weber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Lehigh University.

Throughout his career, R.T. Weber has held several key leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Business and Project Development at Catalyze, President at Gridkick Energy, Vice President of Business Development at Catalyze, Vice President of Business Development and Estimation at Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions Inc., Director of Business Development at Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc., and other various engineering and business management roles in well-known companies such as Quanta Power Generation, Memeo, Sonic Solutions, Novellus Systems, and Denison Hydraulics, Inc.

His expertise lies in driving business growth, leading project development initiatives, and establishing partnerships within the renewable energy sector and beyond.
