Rozella Kennedy

Rozella Kennedy, also known as Rozie, is a versatile individual with a rich professional background spanning various industries and locations. Currently serving as the Director of Impact Partnerships at Elemental Excelerator, she focuses on building relationships with philanthropic partners to support cleantech climate solutions with an equity focus. In addition to her role at Elemental Excelerator, Rozella is the Founder and Owner of Brave Sis Project, LLC, a platform promoting wellness and intercultural sisterhood through publications, events, and lifestyle brand assets that celebrate impactful Women of Color in history. With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, Rozella has held executive and fundraising positions in arts, environmental, and social service organizations. She is a published essayist, ghostwriter, and copyeditor, showcasing her versatile skill set. A true global citizen, Rozella has lived in Paris, Santa Fe, and currently resides in the Bay Area. Her academic achievements include a double degree in English and French from Tufts University and a Master's degree from Université de Paris, Sorbonne. Strengths that define her include Woo, Strategic thinking, Empathy, Activator, and Communication, aligning with her ENFJ personality type. Beyond her professional pursuits, Rozella enjoys Rhythm and Motion dance fusion classes, supporting the Warriors, and cheering for Rafael Nadal. She is deeply committed to her family, including her husband, composer/conductor John Kennedy, her two daughters, and her beloved Caribbean Potcake Dog, Pippa.
