Recruitment Specialist Talent Acquisition

HR Policy Formulation & Implementation:- Formulating strategy and policies with focus on aligning HR with core business. Overseeing smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of employees in the organization. Generating monthly MIS on HR activities in comparison with budget and handling HR Audit functions for measuring effectiveness.Performance Appraisal & Succession Planning:- Managing Performance Appraisal process including Career Progressions & Succession plans. Establishing the framework for performance counseling and achieving congruence in identifying individual career paths in organizational plans. Conducting interpersonal, inter departmental & team building activities for better coordination for business objectives. Addressing Employees Grievance & resolving the same.Training and development:- Planning, coordinating with trainers for delivering the induction program for new employees Prepare, propose, circulate and implement the training calendar. Monitor the compliance to the calendar by all departments and escalate any deviations to the same develop various training modules and delivery of those to different sections of employees identify training needs of employees by various methodologies maintain training records and MIS for top management and monitor compliance to the annual training budget.Team Management:- Imparting /organizing training programs for the team for achieving pre-planned business targets. Responsible for the One-O-One & Skip level meeting between the manager & the employees. Employee counseling & grievance handling establishing attitude for organizational commitment thereby creating a healthy work culture and ensuring smooth operations. Conducting weekly meetings with team to keep tab on growth and target achievement.
