Aravind Ram Medikonda

Aravind Medikonda is a seasoned recruitment professional with more than 9 years of experience in the industry. He has worked across different domains such as semiconductor, IT, non-IT, healthcare, BFSI, infrastructure, embedded, networking, servers, storage, and IT infrastructure. Aravind has dealt with hiring candidates for low-level, mid-level, and leadership roles. His expertise lies in talent acquisition, end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, stakeholder management, and vendor management.

Aravind completed his MBA in HR at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and also holds a B.Tech degree in CSE from JNTU.
