Rotem Simon is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience in the field of finance, business, and technology.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance, Business, and Human Resources from Bar-Ilan University, where he graduated with an impressive 95.8 GPA. He furthered his education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the same university.

In addition, Rotem pursued a Senior Management Program for Chief Information Officers (CIO) at the prestigious Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

With an extensive professional journey, Rotem has held key executive positions in reputable organizations. Currently, he serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Izgut, where he brings his strategic expertise to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

His previous roles include serving as a Senior Project Manager at Priority Team Technology, demonstrating his project management skills and ability to deliver results effectively.

Rotem also co-founded Biz Dev Dynamics (BDD) and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities in steering startups to success.

Prior to that, he was a Co-Owner at Flip & More, where he honed his business acumen and expertise in managing ventures across different industries.
